Industrial Sludge Disposal

Eco-Friendly ETP / CETP Sludge Process Technology, Designed as per Best Global Practices.

 

  1. We provide a special design of ETP / CETP Sludge treatment for small systems. 
  2. The main feature is the efficient sludge drying into controlled moisture solid waste, that can be transferred safely to our W2E systems as an additional SRF for gasification. 
  3. This unique (Patented) system is safe, clean and very efficient. Solar Hot Water heating system combined with the bio processor which provides easy, fast and inexpensive process solutions. 
  4. The modular design can be extrapolated by combining different process modules up to the desired size without losing the efficiency. 
  5. The system needs only a small footprint, usually available at the ETP / CETP processing unit. 
  6. The proposed solution has EU and US-EPA certification and therefore is eligible for Green Certification.
